You'll be drawing in candidates who bring creativity, fresh perspectives, and drive to our dynamic team.   As a Senior Recruiter with us, you’ll dive into recruiting for technical roles like developers, analysts, and data specialists. You’re the type of person who knows how to use AI tools to make your day-to-day work more efficient and impactful. You’ll build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, using platforms like LinkedIn and social networks to find hidden talent gems. If you’re collaborative, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to chat with you!   How You’ll make an impact Embrace AI tools in your everyday recruitment tasks to create smooth and engaging experiences for our candidates. Use a mix of modern tools and networks to discover and connect with both active and passive candidates, all while being part of our journey of constant improvement. Work closely with hiring managers to craft a streamlined recruitment experience that aligns with our innovative goals at Wrike. Team up with our TA Manager to enhance and expand scalable recruiting practices, with an eye always on making things better. Take charge of recruiting for positions like Front-End & Back-End Developers, QA, and Data Analysts, and be ready to jump into other technical roles (Product, DevOps, CloudOps) as needed. Juggle a robust recruitment schedule with ease, using our toolkit: Greenhouse, Slack, Calendly, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace. Work on a wide range of positions from individual contributors to Manager role and are comfortable with managing between 8-10 live roles.
