Sr. Technical Sourcer (Remote) - Consultant

About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Solutions team and support a global technology client. This fully remote, 6+ month contract role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sourcing executive-level talent using creative, data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with teams to understand talent needs and strategic goals.
* Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top Executive talent.
* Leverage multiple sourcing channels (social media, professional networks, job boards, etc.).
* Analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights to support hiring decisions.
* Engage with candidates, conduct assessments, and ensure a positive experience.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to present qualified candidates and facilitate interviews.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Sourcer.
* Expertise in strategic sourcing (Boolean, X-Ray, passive sourcing).
* Strong data analysis skills with market insights ability.
* Creative thinker with unconventional sourcing methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in teams.
Preferred:
* Sourcing experience in major tech companies.
* Experience with the Canadian market.
Organization: Talent Solutions RPO
Salary: $80-90/hr.
