Sr. Technical Specialist
Job Description

Position Objective

Provide timely technical support to FTAP China sales team for pre-order and post-orderDevelop and promote new application to support business growth.Provide sales technical training and execute sales technical assessment.Provide technical training to external customer.Work with marketing team in developing technical documentation.Write technical article & publish in PALL Wechat.Support BU Strategic Project like: P2P/NPD/localization project etc.Running lab test in Beijing Laboratory, field test on customer site etc.Other related work: BU Demo management, Develop Test Report, Fair Support etc.

Essential Job Functions 

Technical Support for sales  – 40% TIMENew application development  – 30% TIMETraining(Internal & External)  – 15% TIMESupport BU and Marketing activities  – 15% TIME

Qualifications

BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN CHEMICAL /WATER/ MECHANICAL ENGINEERING or similarMinimum 5 years experience in PALL FTAP related businessChemical /water/ mechanical engineering with fluid dynamics & Project management knowledge will be an advantageShould be able to resent PALL technology and information at high level to customers as well as internalExcellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skillsLanguages: Good Mandarin and English, fluent in writing and speakingA high level of drive, initiative and independence is requiredGreat team spirit, strong cross collaboration ability

Travel Requirement

Around 40-60% including overnight trips to customer facilities within China Mainland
