Your Impact:
As a part of the Customer Solution Centers, you will join a dynamic team focused on solving complex issues for our customers. You will play a critical role in providing remote technical support for a range of business systems and applications. Collaborating with engineers, product teams, and support personnel, you will address challenges across various platforms, contributing to customer success and satisfaction. You will also be part of the VOLTAGE product group, dedicated to discovering, protecting, and securing sensitive data, while helping customers analyze data to ensure privacy compliance and meet regulatory requirements.
What the Role Offers:
Hands-on experience with data security and encryption methodologies.Exposure to virtual machines and cloud interfaces.Work with fundamental computer networking concepts.Opportunity to strengthen your Unix command line interface (CLI) knowledge.Develop, document, and publish best practices and knowledge base articles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, suggest product enhancements, and contribute to bug fixes.Participate in on-call support, with potential evening and weekend shifts to support US hours.
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent verifiable work experience).At least 2 years of experience supporting enterprise software products.Proficiency in Linux or UNIX variants, along with Windows Servers (2008 & 2012).1-2 years of experience with databases (MSSQL, Oracle, SQL).Familiarity with Active Directory and/or eDirectory.1-2 years of experience with web servers (Apache, IIS) and application servers (Tomcat, Jboss).Knowledge of containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker (desirable).Basic understanding of web services (REST, SOAP) and SSL certificates.
