The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Sr Technology Coordinator at our National Center office located in Dallas, TX.
The Technology Coordinator is responsible for configuring, imaging, and supporting client computing on-site and remote NC Staff throughout the Association. Responsible for providing technology assistance in PC provisioning, configuring computers to established standards, and maintaining desktop computers. Responsible supporting application updates, releases and troubleshooting for end users. Responsible for responding to Technology Service Desk requests, American Heart Association event support, executive support, and Microsoft software configuration support.

Responsibilities Deploys and supports desk-top and client computing for the assigned team or department organizational efficiency in keeping with customer service for client computingOrders, configures, images, and maintains personal computer systems for delivery to clients throughout the organization. Responds to Technology Service Desk tickets and trouble shoots for client base. Provides solutions within service level agreements.Demonstrates and leads a dedication to customer service; anticipates, meets and/or goes above and beyond by solving problems quickly and optimally; makes customer issues a priorityCoordinates support implementation for American Heart Association events as established by the Association's business requirements.Analyzes and recommends modifications or introduction to new tools or procedures for operational efficiencies.Manages client OS, application installation and client troubleshooting including security and application remediation for NC client computers.Identifies common issues and trends. Provides input and action plans to supervisorParticipates on hardware and imaging team to determine and maintain all client computing standardsProvides coverage as needed to insure support delivery during a team member’s PTO or any other reason of unavailability
