Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TIBCO EMS and TIBCO Administrator with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Retail Services being a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex TIBCO EMS solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the administration and configuration of TIBCO environments using TIBCO Administrator. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on TIBCO-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TIBCO solutions. Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TIBCO EMS and TIBCO Administrator. Implement best practices for TIBCO development and administration. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Participate in the design and architecture of new TIBCO-based solutions. Document technical specifications and system configurations for future reference. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in TIBCO technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and operational processes. Ensure that all TIBCO solutions align with the companys goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in TIBCO EMS and TIBCO Administrator. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Have a background in Supply Chain Management and Retail Services (nice to have). Show proficiency in system performance monitoring and optimization. Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until Jan 31, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between 100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
