As a Training Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our training delivery at our training facilities in the US, including management of Academy SME’s, team building, and ensuring all delivered training adheres to Full Spectrum Academy standards and guidelines. Serves an Academy level representative, managing key performance indicators, relationships with wider functional teams, and compliance requirements. This job is part of the Full Spectrum Academy. They are responsible for providing employees with a comprehensive suite of learning and development opportunities to enhance their career growth within Full Spectrum Lab Services. **What You’ll Do:** + Manages, directs, and schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for technical training within the Academy Training Facilities scope, ensuring that all programs and procedures delivered by the team of subject matter experts are properly implemented. + Reviews work to ensure compliance with performance, safety, statutory, regulatory requirements, company policies, standards, and procedures. + Supports the development and administration of training facility budget. Reviews and approves all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials and additional contract requirements. + Processes performance metrics; tracks, analyses, and reports performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and trainee satisfaction. Takes corrective action to bring about required change and ensures contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards. + Manages contractor specifications, problems/issues, performance, and administration. + Ensures supply of spare parts and consumables for in-scope equipment of the training program. + Manages the day-to-day operations, ensuring services are provided in a cost-effective, safe, timely, and compliant manner in accordance with the approved budget. + Performs other duties as assigned. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelors degree. Minimum of 6-8 years related experience managing in regulated laboratory and/or manufacturing pharmaceutical environments. + Five years relevant field experience in laboratory and / or manufacturing pharmaceutical or equivalent regulated environments required. Knowledge of analytical instrument maintenance and / or laboratory technical services. applicable regulatory guidelines and audit experience. + Previous supervisory experience. + Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret the most complex business documents. + Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. + Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. + Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. + Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Expert organizational skills with an unrivalled inquisitive mindset. + Expert math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations. The minimum Sr. Training Facilities Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Training Facilities Manager position is $190,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
