Sr. Trust Accountant

Description

Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of trust transactions, asset inventories, and other relevant information.

Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations by producing and providing the necessary statements, accounts, and reports.

Managing and investing trust assets: Assess the risk associated with potential investments and ensure that the trust law firm is not taking on too much risk.

Calculating disbursements from the trust: Review accounting, bank records, and other financial documents to look for signs of misappropriation of funds.

Reporting to trustees: Report to trustees.

Ensuring compliance with trust agreements: Ensure compliance with trust agreements.

Implementing regulatory guidelines: Implement regulatory guidelines.

Recording receipts and payments: Record receipts and payments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Have 15+ years of Trust Accounting experience,

Must have 10+ years of Sales experience (B2B or Outside)

Must Have Degree

Needs Trust Accounting Admin experience aspect at least 2 years

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $165000.00/yr.

Great 401k. after 90 days auto enrolled at 5% unless opt out. After that 100% match on the first 3% then 50% match on the second 2 %. 3 year vesting option. Health, medical, vision and dental.
