The Sr. Trust Administrator serves as subject matter expert on fiduciary matters and high net-worth client specific issues focused on growth, retention and client satisfaction communicating with clients, agencies, advisors, and other partners on the laws and options concerning trusts and estate matters.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesFocuses on administering and growing Trust, Investment Agency and Custody accounts for our high net-worth clients and serves as an SME. \nParticipates in management level committees.\nDeepens and grows client relationships and increase product exposure. \nAnalyzes, interprets and executes Trust accounts as directed by the legal instrument with a laser focus on our duties and responsibilities as a Trustee. \nProactively communicates with client and third -party service providers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction; prepare and presents financial reports to clients providing updates on the status of their trusts. \nEnsures account complies with all legal, regulatory, and internal procedures regarding Fiduciary Administration. \nConducts regular reviews of Trust, Investment Agency, and Custody accounts to ensure proper administration and adherence to fiduciary responsibilities; monitors, identifies and resolves issues. \nDevelops partnership and collaboration with internal business partners, including Portfolio Managers and Wealth Management Advisors. \nCommunicates advice to clients; understands the nuances of managing relationships based on complexity, distance and accessibility. \nAssists with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fiduciary administration.Educational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience5+ Years Required; 7+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary Work

2025-02-14Base Pay Range: $100,000/yr. - $150,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
