As a Sr. UX Designer, you will be a valuable member of Project Kuiper’s Customer Devices Experiences team, and will define and design exceptional user experiences that delight our customers across the globe. You will deliver beautiful and compelling user interface designs that will be used by customers across various market segments and industries.

We are looking for a designer who is a systems-thinker and highly-skilled at establishing and/or utilizing design systems as part of the design workflow.
The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed and has experience collecting user insights and feedback to validate designs. Designers who have experience conducting generative and evaluative research (interviews, observational studies, contextual inquiry, usability testing, accessibility audits, etc.), and who are adept at leading internal and external design workshops and design discovery activities are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate must be capable of synthesizing a variety of inputs into experiences and designs that customers love!

- Participate and provide input in product change control processes post-launch.
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity and a track record of leading design projects that have launched.
