Sr. Vice President of Product
Job Description Insight Global is assisting a client in finding a strong leader for a Sr. Vice President of Product for a growing start up in the SaaS ICP space. This leader will have 5 direct reports, with about 20-25 employees under their org. These teams include product management, engineering, planning product, research, and marketing groups. This Sr. Leader will spearhead product strategy and execution, aligning business goals with comprehensive plans, optimizing development processes for agility and quality, and overseeing innovative product deployment. Leading a top-tier team, they will recruit, mentor, and drive performance through clear objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Utilizing data-driven decision-making, they will construct roadmaps for high-value outcomes, prioritizing customer-centric approaches and enhancing user experiences. Through effective communication and collaboration, they will act as the product visionary internally and externally, fostering strategic partnerships for business growth. Success will be measured through precise achievement of company OKRs, improved product quality and throughput, and a highly engaged, high-performing product team. Skills and Requirements - 10 years of executive leadership, specifically leading a product innovation team at a SaaS organization and subscription-based revenue models o Including owning the strategic approach, market/product research, establish KPIs, SKU modeling, overseeing engineering, and marketing/sales. - Experience working on complex products (ICP / Ideal Customer Profile) o Company is in compliance, risk, security, data protection space o Customer facing, B2B product development / sales - Has taken a company from US to Global or from 4 million to 100 million (startup industry) - Incredibly professional and understand investor relations - Open to travel when needed, a couple times a quarter - An inspiration leader, has a portfolio to share (podcasts, keynote speaker, etc.) - Masters degree null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
