Sr. Video Distribution Account Manager
The Sr. Distribution Account Manager (Video) will be instrumental in advancing Jabra’s growth in the video collaboration market by managing and optimizing relationships with key distribution partners. This role will focus on enhancing distributor performance, expanding market reach, and ensuring the effective delivery of Jabra’s video collaboration solutions to partners and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Distributor Relationship Management:** Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure alignment with Jabra’s company goals. + **Performance Optimization:** Develop and implement initiatives to enhance distributor performance, including setting sales targets, monitoring progress, and identifying growth opportunities. + **Training and Enablement:** Ensure distributors are well-equipped to position and sell Jabra’s video collaboration solutions by providing product training, sales enablement tools, and ongoing support. + **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align distributor strategies with overall company goals, ensuring consistent messaging and implementation. + **Sales Forecasting and Analysis:** Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for distributor accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with product, marketing, field sales, and support teams to address distributor needs and obstacles, ensuring seamless communication and support. + P **rovide strategic support for distributors in the Western United States** : including coordinating events, delivering training programs, and facilitating other enablement activities. **Qualifications and Requirements:** + **Experience:** Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with a vendor/manufacturer managing distributors in the video collaboration industry or closely related technology sectors. + **Industry Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the video collaboration market, including technologies, distribution models, and competitive landscape. + **Career Achievements:** Notable accomplishments in growing distributor relationships and increasing revenue in a channel-driven environment. + **Communication Skills:** Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels. + **Analytical Skills:** Proficient ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies. + **Tenacity:** Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving, innovative environment with a focus on reaching goals. + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA ideal). + **Travel:** Willingness to travel as required to support distributors and attend industry events. **The preferred candidate will live in the Western U.S.** GN Audio/Jabra makes life sound better by developing intelligent sound solutions that transform lives through the power of sound, enabling you to hear more, do more & be more than you ever thought possible.
