We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic Data, Power & Control team in Lake Forest, CA. The Sr. Warehouse Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of inventory within our warehouse facility. This multifaceted position involves a range of responsibilities, including unloading, selecting, packing, counting, and inspecting items

What Will You Do?

Execute the movement of goods within the warehouse environment.Perform supporting tasks related to warehouse operations.Acquire and enter data into warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource systems (ERP), or other relevant databases.Utilize various equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, and other machinery for material handling, adhering to specified safety protocols and guidelines.Operate independently within established norms directly associated with job duties.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among warehouse staffRespond to and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members, customers, or other stakeholdersDemonstrate a diverse skill set relevant to the role. Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

 

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant warehouse experience is preferred; and/ or Minimum of two years of professional experience, coupled with supplementary specialized instruction and/or certification in logistics or product distribution field

 

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing Must be able to lift to 35+ pounds at times.Travel to pick up or drop off packages on occasion. No Heels or Opened toe footwear should be allowed in the warehouse during regular business hours.No Long Nails when labeling or packaging.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Motivated, detail oriented and reliableDriver’s license and reliable transportationData entry and Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareGeneral computer knowledgeGood communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Salary Range: $20.63/hr  - $25.24 /hr
