Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Wastewater Leader to spearhead our wastewater initiatives in the Seattle Metro Area. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead cutting-edge projects, including the Puget Sound Initiative, focusing on nutrient removal and climate change resiliency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills, thriving in a collaborative and diverse team environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage wastewater projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovative solutions. Drive the Puget Sound Initiative, emphasizing nutrient removal and climate change resiliency. Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects. Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Engage with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring project success. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating best practices into project delivery. Your Capabilities and Credentials
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in wastewater management, with a focus on nutrient removal and climate change resiliency. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
