We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in CDMX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this role you will be responsible for project management from contract signature to final delivery, as well as proposal development and follow-up.
We will count on you to:
Manage project and administrative controls, ensuring contract signature and successful delivery.Developing project proposals and tracking their implementation.Provide customer service, responding to emails and phone calls to resolve queries or questions.Escalate issues effectively and proactively.Organize and facilitate mental health workshops and/or conferences.Visit clients 1-2 times per week to maintain effective relationships.What you need to have:
Project management and consultancy experience.Knowledge of organizational psychology and Norm 035 (030 and 037 as a plus).Commercial skills, although sales experience is not required.Ability to apply relevant technology to the consulting field.What makes you stand out:
