Group 1 Automotive, Inc., an international, Fortune 300 automotive retailer and a leading operator in the automotive retailing industry, has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced driven and hands-on Sr. Workday Analyst.

The Sr. Workday Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing and supporting the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS administration, exceptional analytical skills and a passion for streamlining processes to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting and support for end-users across the organizationCollaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance within the Workday systemConfigure and maintain Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management and Time TrackingParticipate in system upgrades, enhancements and implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business processesDevelop and maintain custom reports, dashboards and analytics to provide insights into HR data and trendsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes and enhance system functionality to improve overall efficiencyProvide training to end-users, HR professionals and managers on Workday system usage, best practices and new featuresStay current with industry trends, best practices and new Workday releases to recommend and implement improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related fieldExperience as a Workday Analyst or in a similar HRIS roleStrong expertise in Workday HCM administration, including configuration, security and report developmentExperience with Workday integrations and data managementExcellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWorkday Certified Professional designation preferredProject management experience

Required Skills/Abilities
