Job Description:-
• Project management: Lead project segments as needed.
• System support: Research and resolve issues related to system operation and performance.
• Integrations: Manage integrations between various HR technologies and third parties and internal customers including Single Sign On (SSO) integration between all HR technologies.
• System and process documentation: Assist with the documentation of processes in accordance with the Company and SOX standards.
• Operational and functional support: Provide support to end users in the day-to-day operation of HRIS system(s) with a primary focus on Tier 3 support to HR service centers in North America, Europe, India and Japan.
• Process development and improvement: Assist with the development of new processes to support the efficient, effective, and compliant use of HRIS system(s). Identify inefficiencies in existing processes, develop, and implement new processes to eliminate these inefficiencies.
Qualifications and essential functions for this position:
• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and a minimum of five years developing, implementing, enhancing and/or troubleshooting electronic HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of various Human Resources functional and technical areas such as recruiting, compensation, and benefits systems is strongly preferred.
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications required. Strong project management skills required. Experience with HCM applications such as SAP, Taleo, SuccessFactors and Workday as well as Crystal, Microsoft Access, SQL, Visual Basic, Kronos and Web programming strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
