Title: Sr. Workforce Development Partner, Southeast Michigan
Position Purpose:
Workforce Development expert in two or more Workforce Development domains and deep expertise in one domain. External facing role requiring expert level of partnership with community organizations to design and implement workforce development programming and seek funding opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience7+ year’s progressively more complex workforce development or program design experience6+ years in project planning & intervention/solution development & deploymentSpecific proven experience with project management, decision support & data analysisExperience and emerging expertise in two domainsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain successful community partnerships.What you will do:
