Job Description

The Lead Workplace Leader drives growth through cultivating client relationships, establishing new market opportunities, and providing leadership across the platform. This role advances the company's market reputation and brand by actively engaging in industry associations and events, expanding existing client relationships, and developing new lines of work. This role would be responsible for strategic planning, operational decisions, and business performance – including revenue, profitability, design, and technical aspects within the Chicago office.

The firm is a national Architecture, Interior Design, Planning, Branding, and Workplace Services firm ranked in the top 10 Interior Design firms in the country. Typical projects include banks, law firms, and corporate headquarters. Hours are flexible, with a start time ranging from 8 AM to 9 AM and ending between 5 PM and 6 PM. Work environment includes an open floor plan with lots of natural light and excellent views overlooking Chase Plaza. The role requires in-office presence three days a week, with two days remote work allowed. Each candidate should support the company culture, guided by principles such as a culture of transformation, dedication to progression, enabling engagement through storytelling, and designing with purpose for sustainability.
