JR50793 Sr.Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
The  Business Analyst (BA) will assist in the design and development of business processes and solutions. The incumbent will work closely with senior BAs and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and support the implementation of business solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned:

Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.Maintaining  product backlog and prioritization.Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights.Support the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).Collaborate with senior BAs, Product Owners and Architect  during design, development and test phases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to test, debug, and resolve issues.Participate in daily team stand-ups, planning sessions, and other Agile ceremonies.Work closely with stakeholders to review and refine business process workflows, identifying areas for improvement.Assist in the deployment of new releases and upgrades.Communicate and collaborate with peer groups, including IT and customer service teams.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

3-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with project management tools like ADO/Jira required.Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.Knowledge with Generative AI applications preferred.Proficiency  in Data analysis tools like SQL , PowerBi or Tableau is preferred.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
