Primary Function/Purpose

-负责所辖区域团队管理，以高合规标准负责公司产品在区域内的推广和医药观念传播工作，对最后结果负责；

-与重点客户、政府相关部门及专家建立并保持良好关系；

-负责团队人员招募与发展；根据公司制度对直接下属进行管理与考核；

-负责区域科室会的组织召开，推广活动支持。

在劳动合同期内，公司可能会根据经营情况、管理需要等因素调整员工负责产品或所在产品组。

Key Responsibilities

- 具有高合规意识，并能通过高合规的业务行为来负责管理所辖区域和产品组的各项业务，制定地区目标，业务策略和发展方向，并完成公司以及大区下达的工作目标；

- 负责区域的人员招聘，团队的发展，员工绩效管理和辅导以及把控团队合规风险；

- 严格遵从国家以及公司的政策，确保团队的合规性，学术性，专业性；

- 确保专业拜访和学术研讨活动的全面实施和及时反馈；

- 与重点学术带头人和专家保持良好沟通，以确保和支持市场活动的高合规性与学术专业性 ；

- 组织和协调跨部门的合作，完成共同目标。

Qualification/Requirements

- 全日制本科学历，临床，药学等相关专业优先；

- 2-3年MNC公司地区经理管理经验优先；

- 具有良好的策略性区域管理能力，业务执行力以及领导力

- 富有责任心，善于学习，自我激励和策略性；

- 诚实正直、高合规意识、重视人员及团队发展和跨部门协作；

- 过往无违反合规和违纪的行为记录。

内部候选人(请满足以下条件):

* 高级业务代表以上或者非业务职位专员以上

* 总共至少4年工作经验；此外, 至少在Eli Lilly有 2年工作经验

* 以业务专员身份被招募加入Lilly的, 必须在Lilly经历至少一次完整的PM

* 连续的良好绩效

* 在过去一年，无 “书面警告” 或以上级别的合规警告。
