**The Role:** **Responsible for ensuring the quality of new products meets company and customer standards, and actively participates in quality management throughout the product development and production processes at MP.** **Your Contributions:** **Move fast. In this role you will:** **o Learn the product requirements and product spec of the both engineering and user modes** **o Join design and process review. In-depth study and understanding of new technologies and potential risks of products** **o Develop a product qualification plan to validate the process, testing and/or material especially** **o Validate the problem solving of the critical quality issues** **o Based on products user modes design Out of box audit (OOB) items, procedure and spec (functional and cosmetic) and train/qualify the OOB inspectors** **o Design the Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) plan and train the engineers/inspectors of Lab to implement and execute** **o Assist BGs to perform new product qualification** **o Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as production, engineering to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes** **o Analyzing customer complaints and RMA to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.** **o Support project transfer to CM(contract manufacturing ) and FO(Farming out）** + **Develop qualification plan and testing issue solving** + **On site training& audit OOB inspection testing and ORT set up** **Key Qualifications:** **For consideration, you must bring the following** **minimum** **skills and behaviors to our team:** **·** **Master or Bachelor above in engineering professions** **·** **3+ years working experience on consumer electronic products, DQA and Design engineering experience are preferred** **·** **Familiar with reliability test standards and statistic models of product life estimation (e.g. Weibull or Exponential)** **·** **Familiar but not limited with quality tools – FMEA, QC plan, DOE, 6sigma** **· Bilingual in Mandarin and English is needed** **· Self-motivated to learn the new things and technologies** **Background:** **·** **Experience in consumer electronic products: Video-Conference system, Camera, Webcam.** **·** **Be familiar with the structure, function, performance parameters and working principle of the image sensor, and understand the influence mechanism of each performance parameter of the image sensor on image quality.** **·** **Experience in imaging lens design, selection, testing and evaluation is preferred.** **·** **Engaged in camera system architecture and verification, imaging system analysis and testing, image quality testing and evaluation, skilled use of imatest software is preferred.** \#LI-LZ1/51SZ/LP
