Job Description Currently, SRE is dispersed around the company in various development teams, so this teams charter is to help create standards across SRE, pull data, define metrics, identify trends, and chase big enterprise problems within SRE. The goal is to be proactive during development versus reactive in production. The team is working on defining SLAs, SLOs, error budgets, and standardizing CI/CD pipelines for the entire IT organization. They are pulling data to see how well production systems are tuned. The goal is to build advanced reporting systems and tools to monitor and predict systems performance and identity opportunities for automation and standardization. Skills and Requirements Previous experience working on an Enterprise / Shared Service DevOps team 5+ years' experience in Software Development and SRE Best practices. Must know Kubernetes and Gitlab. Expertise in scalability, stability and optimization of software development tools. Experience defining SLOs and SLIs, working closely with stakeholders. Experience in change management over production environment. Establishing observability solutions, improving observability maturity, setting standards around maturity and metrics to reduce incident recovery and timelines.
