JSG is interested in speaking with Supplier Relationship Coordinator with procurement/compliance experience.

This is a 3+ month contract opportunity with our top client and is FULLY REMOTE. Pay for this role is $21hr.

The Supplier Relationship Coordinator will be responsible for;
Coordinate the planning and managing of interactions with preferred suppliers that supply goods and/or services to our clients. Support the development and maintenance of the supplier scorecard program. Create, develop, and maintain daily supplier open PO reports. Expedite/gather revised due dates and tracking information to provide and report back to the Purchasing team. Track supplier compliance requirements such as EDI, portal usage, etc. Identify bottlenecks and roadblocks upfront and facilitate improvements to supplier scorecard ratings. Frequent contact with the supplier over the phone, and/or via email. Anticipate problem transactions and root cause for report to the purchasing department. Perform research on missed/late Po deliveries to ensure remediation.
The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience;
5+ years of Supply Chain/Procurement/Purchasing experience Advanced Excel Skills Preferred experience with supplier/vendor performance & compliance ERP experience with Oracle, Peoplesoft, and MS Excel Excellent Communication, problem solving, and Time Management Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
