Responsibilities:
Provide domain expertise on NVMe and PCIe protocols as applied by Enterprise NVMe SSDs. Demonstrate these skills on triage and FA investigations across the entire test bed and product range.Own assigned test pool from test request through results analysis and reporting.Leverage a customer focused demeanor toward delivering consistent and detailed test data and analysis.Perform first and second-level triage on test failures to aid in root cause analysis. Own failures in assigned test pool through fix validation and closure.Collaborate across functions to innovate new solutions to execution, triage/analysis, and reporting of test data.Work to provide continued automation of test execution, triage, and reporting tasks throughout validation.Mentor junior engineers on all matters execution, triage, and reporting.Qualifications & Skills:Experience with PCIe and NVMe protocols.Proven experience with test triage and root cause of sophisticated issues.Experience as team lead preferred, including history of successful training/mentorship of others.Flexible schedule to accommodate changes to required test cycle start/end times.Must be available to work on-site at the Longmont lab full-time.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.Without degree, looking for 7+ additional years of related work experience.10+ years experience in electronics test environment, preferably storageThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$137,000.00 - $233,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
