Responsibilities:

• Ensuring site safety and developing the security policy; 

• Ensuring pest good controlled on campus insite and outsite;

• Well organizing shuttle bus and company car,  conducting&recording safety training to drivers regularly;

• Vendor management including security guard, pest control and shuttle bus;

• Monthly checking and applying expense timely for related vendors under internal process;

• Well preparing the audit documents according to related QC documents;

 

• Other task assigned by superior.
