Perform welding process according to work instruction or other defined requirements, to guarantee the process result with good quality and high efficiency.   
1. Welding the metal parts according to the welding work instruction, with required quality and high efficiency .2. Filling the DHR or production record documents as required in work instruction.3. Daily maintaince of the welding maching and welding fixtures.4. Strictly follow the EHS requirement in the welding process, escalate the EHS targetpotential working hazard to EHS coordinator.5. Keep good 5S in the daily operation.6. Escalate the production troubles to supervisor or engineers, support the troubleshooting.7. Support the prototyping process, do the welding with the requirement from PCE or R&D.8. Other tasks defined in TRAC MP Asia system and assigned by supervisors or managers.
