工作内容：--对生产AOI 1st Level误报异常的产品进行拦截并执行初步优化，同时做好详细记录。--定期查看SPC数据结果是否正常，通知并协助工程师进行高误报类型改善和优化。--对生产AOI出现制程不良或物料漏检的问题进行及时反馈。--根据维护和保养指南对AOI设备定期维护和保养。--收集产线操作员培训要求，协助工程师提升操作员技能水平。--定期向生产主管和工程师反馈AOI相关的问题和改善意见。--协助产线AOI目检人员清理WIP，保证visual inspection当日计划达成。--统计目检人员每个月KPI数据的收集及分析。--主管和当班组长安排的其他工作。
工作经验：--熟悉IPC_A_610标准和PCBA制程工艺流程--熟悉或使用过AOI设备--熟练使用Office办公软件--具备良好的沟通和英语阅读能力--具备AOI相关操作三年以上工作经验--大专及以上学历
