Role Introduction
• You will be responsible for designing, building, and ensuring production grade support for our identity and access management solution.
• You will help to integrate our clients for authentication and authorization purpose making use of available federation protocols and technologies.
• You will work with Application teams in integrating their applications with the identity provider.
Must have skills:
• You will align business and technical requirements with our business teams and put those requirements into technical and organizational practice.
• You will participate in projects and execute activities/ tasks before the deadline.
• You will provide technical and operational advice to our internal offshore and nearshore teams.
What you will do
• Ensure success of IAM implementations that meet the client’s needs.
• Install and maintain identity and access management applications.
• Gather user input to understand scenarios and develop detailed technical requirement documents to setup SSO connections via the IAM product.
• Create technically oriented materials including internal and external tech notes, whitepapers, how-to procedures and user-facing technical presentations.
• Participate on the change management processes.
• Design, implement and manage identity directory and identity services.
• Implement technologies to centrally integrate identity systems across the organization.
• Streamline and improve customer experiences.
• Implement access controls to applications and maintain and update roles in the directory.
• Manage access and permissions where necessary.
• Troubleshoot and manage issues related to identities, systems access accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
• Implement and maintain technologies to ensure audit and privacy compliance.
• Work in team-oriented environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued.
What we are looking for:
• 5+ years of work experience in Identity and Access Management, preferrable using the Forgerock/ Ping identity and access management solution.
• Expertise in integrating Web and mobile applications for single sign on.
• Experience with technologies such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Experience with LDAP.
• Experience with Javascript, Java, Node JS, Quarkus, Web Servers, Application Servers, Directory Servers
• Basic knowledge in CI/CD, GitOps, Git/Gitlab, Docker and Kubernetes technologies
• Basic knowledge in AWS or other cloud.
• Full understanding of SDLC.
• Proficiency in English, good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Self-direction and independent problem-solving.
• Experience in information security technologies and industry best practices.
