**We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer** role focused on **Ping Identity products** in Addison, TX. The position requires deep expertise in various authentication and authorization protocols, along with hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory. **Summary of the Role:** + **Location** : Addison, TX (mandatory 5 days a week onsite) + **Job Type** : Full-time + **Experience Required** : 7-8 years of experience in managing authentication services with expertise in PingIdentity tools. + **Core Responsibilities** : + Design and architect solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory. + Integrate and implement authentication services using industry standards such as **SAML** , **OIDC** , **OAuth** , **MFA** , and **FIDO2** . + Lead technology assignments and collaborate with engineering teams for new features or improvements. + Ensure compliance with security standards and provide support for MFA/FIDO2 integrations. + Troubleshoot complex authentication issues and provide senior-level support for internal teams and end-users. + Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides. **Key Requirements:** + **Hands-on Experience** : Minimum 7 years with **PingFederate, PingAccess** , and **PingDirectory** . + **Technical Expertise** : Strong understanding of **SAML** , **OIDC** , **OAuth** , **MFA** , **FIDO2** , and **PingIdentity products** . + **Communication Skills** : Clear verbal and written communication skills for documentation and collaboration. + **Problem-Solving** : Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues in authentication services.
