Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe Sales Support Analyst is responsible for providing sales related support to sales staff, completing administrative tasks related to operational activities, and implementing new policies to make the order to cash process more efficient.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure the management of any day to day issues.
Create and update prices and sales views.
Create sales orders and scheduling agreements in compliance with FCS.
Ensure invoicing and payment in cooperation with the Accounts Receivable department.
Review tooling and customer approval documentation prior to sending to customer.
Manage daily customer systems to track tool payments and updated contracts.
Manage the customer tool tracking list.
Tooling forecast
Coordinate customer tooling audits.
Ensure record retention for Contracts and PO’s.
Level II assistance with past dues.
Analysis of sales BI reports (price differences) provided by Plants.
Internally track and maintain KPI’s.
Key requirements:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International business.
English Intermediate / Advanced.
International mind set, strong analytical skills.
2-5 year's experience in Manufacturing Sales related activity.
Minimum 2 year's experience in SAP.
Sales orders creation.
Ability to work in a multicultural organization.
Create and update price lists.
SAP management.
