Job Description

Employee Responsibilities:

Receive, store, forecast, submit, and deliver samplesSupport domestic and international shipping of materialConduct annual inventory of stored materialBuild and maintain stability studies in Lab Information Management System (LIMS)Support the client's work requests as needed 

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailStrong computer and organizational skills, and experience with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and as part of a team, have self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, prioritize multiple tasks, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesNo applicable drug allergiesMust be able/authorized to handle Controlled Drugs or Controlled Substances under the guidance of DEA requirements 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreeAt least three months of professional experience

Position is Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. Overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of  Indianapolis, IN are encouraged to apply.
