Stability Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Supports ELL business and client strategic goals after analyzing and assessing stability needs.
+ Supports the receiving, processing, set down, and distribution of all stability samples.
+ Ensures compliance to Quality System; identify, prevent, and correct any departures from the Quality System
+ Adheres to efficient standards in laboratory operation, develop, and implement operational improvements
+ Participates in the continuous improvement of stability department processes and procedures
+ Supports chamber calibration and maintenance, as needed. Must be able to learn to troubleshoot, recognize errors, identify root causes, and apply process improvements
+ Remain current on technology, industry, and business advancements and trends.
+ Foster motivation, morale, and teamwork
+ Assist in writing and editing procedures and reports.
+ Review data, data notebooks and reports
+ Expand self-awareness and develop soft skills, attend applicable training based on identified needs
+ Ensure that client receives excellent service and accurate results consistent with superior analytical testing.
+ Communicate and discuss procedures, results, and questions with clients and other teams as required
+ This role is supporting work in the tobacco industry
Minimum requirements:
+ Associates degree in science or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major).
+ Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
An ideal candidate would have:
+ At least 1-year relevant laboratory/quality assurance experience in a regulated lab environment, with preference for GLP or cGMP.
Position is full-time, onsite Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, position is located in Winston-Salem, NC. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Winston-Salem, NC are encouraged to apply.
