**Job Title: Stackers** **Job Description** Production workers/Stackers are responsible for supporting the manufacturing plant and operator on their various product lines. They can be responsible for lifting heavy bags of flour and ingredients and loading them on pallets, moving products along a line, making and packing boxes, and more. **1st shift** 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday- Friday **2nd shift** 2:30pm to 11:30pm Monday- Friday **3rd shift** 10:30pm to 7am Sunday- Thursday **Responsibilities** + Lift heavy bags of flour and ingredients and load them on pallets. + Move products along a production line. + Make and pack boxes. + Support the manufacturing plant and operator on various product lines. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work in GMP/SOP environment (hair nets, glasses, etc.). + Capability to do manual labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs. + Ability to work quickly and maintain good attendance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 2 years of experience working in a highly intensive and physical work environment, preferably in manufacturing GMP. + Experience in lifting, bagging, production, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. **Why Work Here?** You can directly transition into a high-wage union role, with opportunities for permanent job conversions. 70% of our temporary staff have been converted into permanent positions. The production floor is not climate controlled and can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Steel toe boots are required, and employees must adhere to CGMP policies, including no jewelry and appropriate hair netting. Shifts available: 1st shift (6:30am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday), 2nd shift (2:30pm to 11:30pm Monday-Friday), and 3rd shift (10:30pm to 7am Sunday-Thursday). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, New Jersey. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
