Stadium Event Cleaner

The assigned area could be restrooms, suites, concourse etc. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Duties may include cleaning common areas to guests, restrooms, private or VIP suites, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning bodily fluids and assisting guests with directions within the stadium. **Basic Qualifications:** + Must be 18 years of age or older + No experience required and on the job training provided + No high school diploma, GED or college degree required + Able to work in various climates + Able to work in a fast paced and loud environment. + Able to work with large crowds + Able to stand for various lengths of time. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Customer service experience • 1 year of similar work experience **Responsibilities:** • Maintain a fully stocked restroom for customer use at all times. • Immediately damp mop or clean any spillage in designated areas as required. • Respond to bodily fluid clean ups using appropriate PPE and authorized chemicals • Ensure supply closet in designated areas has enough equipment to stock restrooms. • Assist guests with directions within site • Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Clean and maintain buildings/facilities • Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. • Notify manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems. • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities • Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment. • Gather and empty trash • Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and counters • Job duties may be modified at any time. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
