**Overview** The Stadium Utility Cleaner Part Time is responsible for facility maintenance including floorcare, window cleaning, and varying facility maintenance projects within the venue. This is a Part Time position, schedule is based on event and including weekends. Previous Utility Cleaner experience required. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • Floorcare Cleaning Equipment experience required • Previous Utility Cleaner experience required • Customer service experience • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** • Customer service experience • 1 year of similar work experience **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation + Perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning + Utilize additional floorcare cleaning equipment such as buffers + Clean interior and exterior window, glass partitions, and mirrors using chemicals, sponges, and squeegees + Safely operate lift equipment to clean higher level surfaces + Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
