Staff, Software Engineer - Fullstack

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Staff Full Stack Developer to join our Ads SDK team. As a key contributor, you will design, develop, and optimize robust front-end and back-end solutions for our Ads SDK, which supports multiple tenants and ad units across diverse platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance initiatives, improve developer tools, and ensure seamless integration of our SDK across client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Build and maintain high-performing, scalable front-end and back-end solutions for the Ads SDK ecosystem.

• Develop reusable components and frameworks to support multiple ad units and tenants.

• Create API-driven backend services that facilitate integration with external systems.

SDK Development:

• Lead the development of client-facing SDKs for iOS, Android, and Web platforms, ensuring high-quality performance and compatibility.

• Implement robust integration testing for seamless ad rendering across platforms.

• Develop tools to enhance SDK usability and ease of integration for clients.

Performance Optimization:

• Drive performance-focused initiatives, ensuring low latency and high throughput in ad delivery.

• Collaborate with the team to improve front-end and back-end performance using modern tools and techniques.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.

• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and guide the team in building scalable systems.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in building SDKs, tools, and solutions for ad technologies is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of managing complex multi-tenant systems.

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: Expertise in JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Backend: Proficiency in Node.js and Java.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong API development and integration skills (REST, GraphQL).

• Deep understanding of performance optimization and debugging tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers while driving technical vision.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in ads technologies or SDK development.

• Familiarity with analytics and metrics integration for tracking SDK performance.

• Knowledge of backend systems for managing Ads SDK integrations.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
