What you'll do

The Staff, Technology Operations role reports into the Product Operations team on the larger WMC Product & Commercialization team. The role is is a project management responsible for: developing and maintaining relations with project stakeholders, educating on project requirements and documentation, creating and maintaining communication plans, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and securing management approval for resource allocations. The Staff, Technology Operations sets their initiatives and projects for success by developing and communicating project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders to support established objectives, adhering to project management standards and practices.  

Main functions of the Staff, Technology Operations role include:

Managing the Procurement process for the Product & Commercialization team

End-to-end project management of contract procurementCoordination and close working relationships with partners in finance, legal, procurement, and strategyContract review and negotiationBudget managementIdentifying and escalating changes to leadership and follow-through to their resolutionMaintenance of repository for all contracts post-mortem, in progress, and upcoming

Employee relations

Manage schedules and requests for employee relationsManage and maintain budgetCommunication skills across various teams in the organizationLogistics and scheduling of events, conferences, and meetingsSupports and develops plans for employee engagementIdentifies and communicates goals and objectives of employee engagement, including building accountability and measuring progress toward achieving desired resultsDemonstrates adaptability and continuous planning

Operational efficiency

Drive ad-hoc projects to improve the operations of the Product & Commercialization teamWrite, and proof, Product releases and excerpts for executive audienceIdentity and build processes to increase team efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent time managementExcellent data and resource managementExcellent communication skills, particularly with cross-functional partners and in a technical scopeExperience with budget management and procurement; should understand the process of contractual agreementsExperience in building employee relations; events experience is a plusExperience in marketing, preferred in Product (tech) marketing

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
