Incumbents possess a degree of knowledge and proficiency sufficient to perform work independently with little or no additional training. This position is located in Carson City within the Roadway Design Division's Scoping Section. Incumbent is responsible for developing and evaluating conceptual alternative designs, developing preliminary cost estimates, writing reports, developing project visualizations, working with other NDOT Divisions and being an active participant in project meetings and field reviews.
