Description An exciting opportunity is available for an organized and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with three years of experience. The ideal candidate will assist with key accounting functions, from processing day-to-day transactions to supporting financial reporting efforts. This role provides a strong foundation for professional growth and development in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: + Record and maintain financial transactions, including journal entries and reconciliations. + Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports. + Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and sub-ledger balances. + Prepare and review schedules for audits and tax-related activities. + Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. + Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) preferred. + Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. + Excellent communication and time management skills. + High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
