About the Company: This is a technology driven company. They create industry specific software for business in the real estate industry; property management, CAM property managers, real estate developers, HOA associations, etc.

About the position:
Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and produce budget on schedule
Summarize current financial status and recommend financial actions for clients
Prepare and recommend accounting controls policies and procedures
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions and financial discrepancies
Develop and document business processes and complete database backups
Guide accounting clerical staff and support month-end and year-end close process
Provide troubleshooting and second-level escalation as needed
We will consider advanced bookkeepers, accountants, CPA or other accounting professionals with relevant experience or degree.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting OR 2+ years accounting experience
Experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
