Responsibilities • Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP • Conduct monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses for management reporting • Assist in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process • Maintain capital lease and monthly payment schedules • Handle fixed asset ledger, depreciation, and reconciliation • Conduct month end close and journal entries with minimum supervision • Handle intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation • Analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data, and report it in a useful and understandable manner • Participate in various department-wide initiatives • Carry out ad-hoc reporting and special projects as requested. Requirements + Degree in Accounting (no flex) + Strong Excel (they will test) – vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas + 6 months – 4 years’ experience + Ideally a candidate who can do journal entries, adjusting entries, and accruals. + 3.0 GPA company minimum!
