Staff Accountant

Western States Fire Protection is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team. The staff accountant will help build processes, collaborate with teammates across the company, and gain experience through a variety of tasks. This position reports to our Accounting Manager and is a full-time in the office position.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year. 

Job Responsibilities

Monthly account reconciliations, including subledger and general ledger accounts Prepare and post journal entries Financial reporting and analysis Establish effective relationships and work cross-functionally across the organization

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business related field, accounting degree preferred Team player that operates well in a small dynamic team environment Ability to grasp new technology and software quickly Strong communication skills as this position communicates frequently with branch teams Ability to be flexible and embrace change
