Responsibilities: * Staff Accountant will generate and send customer invoices in accordance with their requirements * Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable, including verifying invoices through our automated A/P system * As a Staff Accountant, you will match accounts payable bills to quantities ordered and received * Record corporate credit card transactions * Maintain financial records and assist with documentation for audits
