As a Staff Accountant with TQL, you will play a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and communicating vital financial information and business metrics to our stakeholders. What you’ll be doing:

\n\nPrepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reports\nAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements\nPerform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately\nSupport the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls\nAssist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information\nReview employee expense reports and prepare accruals for expenses

What you need:

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting required\n1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included)\nProficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
