Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is vital in our financial department, where you will handle financial transactions, generate financial reports, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: • Efficiently managing financial transactions • Creating comprehensive financial reports • Maintaining account reconciliations • Ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations • Assisting in audit processes • Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Conducting month-end close procedures • Processing journal entries into the General Ledger • Utilizing financial software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. Requirements • Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management. • Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations on a regular basis. • Deep understanding and experience with General Ledger management. • Capability to prepare and process Journal Entries accurately. • Experience in managing Month End Close activities promptly and efficiently. • Proficiency in using NetSuite as an accounting tool is required. • Experience with Oracle financial software would be advantageous. • Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a must. • Knowledge and experience in using SAP for financial management.
