Staff Accountant
Adecco is hiring immediately for a Staff Accountant a local client in Fort Worth, TX. Pay is based upon experience from $36/hr - $48/hr. Duties: + Monitoring of accounts payable records and review of payment proposals, ensuring they are according to budget in coordination with the shared services center, and follow up closing entries, such as bonus accrual, payroll accrual, payroll payments, Accrual prepaid, amortization prepaid. + Post monthly journal entries and account reconciliations of annual 1099 forms in state, federal and sales tax. + Reconciliations of all the accounts well done and follow up with the shared services center for vendor statements with the account payables. + Archiving with all the supports and signatures for internal control purposes. + General accounting manager in the daily task to ensure and reinforce the accuracy of the accountancy with the support of the shared services and with any special projects, as necessary. Requirements: + Degree in accounting and CPA license preferred. + Years of general ledger experience (public accounting a plus) with SAP (account payables - finance) preferred + Excel advance knowledge of all accounting processes in general, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury to analyze research and solve problems. + Verbal/written communication skills including cross-functional collaboration to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
