Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our client’s finance team. The ideal candidate will excel in reconciliations, assist with month-end close processes, and support various accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and perform account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Assist with the month-end close process, including journal entries and general ledger updates. + Analyze and reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. + Maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. + Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations. + Collaborate with team members to enhance accounting processes and efficiencies. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Excellent organizational and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
