Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Ventura, California. As a Staff Accountant, you will be a key player in our finance team, handling a variety of tasks from full-cycle accounts payable and receivable to account reconciliations. Your role will also involve the use of QuickBooks Online for various aspects of account management and report generation. Responsibilities: • Accurately process full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all payments and billings are timely and accurate. • Carry out regular account reconciliations, including the verification, allocation, and posting of business transactions to maintain a reliable financial database. • Regularly update and maintain financial records and general ledger accounts. • Leverage QuickBooks Online for efficient data entry, account management, and report generation activities. • Actively support the month-end and year-end closing process by ensuring all financial and administrative operations are accurate and efficient.
