Description Robert Half is seeking an ambitious, experienced Staff Accountant for a permanent position within a prestigious company. As the Staff Accountant, you will prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance and general ledger reconciliation. You will also be responsible for various aspects of internal reporting throughout the monthly close. You will put your skills towards the development and implementation of accounting policies. Responsibilities: + Provide analytical services and financial reporting Monthly basis. + Prepare accurate monthly journal entries. + Prepare and maintain detailed account analysis for assigned Balance Sheet accounts. + Provide accurate explanations and investigate variances between actual and budget variances. Requirements The ideal Staff Accountant candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
